Rules of training at the gym
As we have already written, the training always begins with a warm-up.
Then you can do light exercises with your own weight on all muscle groups or do cardio on a treadmill or elliptical at medium speed for five to fifteen minutes. Your muscles will be warmed up and prepared for more intensive work.
After doing the warm-up, proceed to the basic exercises.
It is better to do two or three basic exercises and a couple of isolation exercises in one workout, you should do no more.
Concentrate on the quality of exercises you are doing, not on the quantity. It is important to follow the technique, so as not to injure joints and ligaments.
