Hiring: HR Officer – Mechanical Engineering & Fabrication
📍 Location: Mwanza, Lake Zone (preferably based in Mwanza).

We’re seeking a talented HR Officer to support our client in the mechanical engineering and fabrication sector. If you bring strong HR experience from manufacturing or engineering settings and are passionate about compliance and effective people management, we’d love to connect with you through your application on https://lnkd.in/d4xUzQ9j.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, industrial safety practices, and compliance obligations (e.g., OSHA, WCF, NSSF).
- Strong communication, mediation, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Must be based in the Lake Zone, preferably Mwanza, or willing to relocate.
- Familiarity with mechanical workshop environments and PPE protocols is an added advantage.
