E-MAC Tanzania is deeply saddened by the passing of three members of the OIKOS East Africa family. Their contributions to our joint initiatives were invaluable, and their loss is profoundly felt across our team.

Beyond professional collaboration, these individuals embodied remarkable dedication, passion, and commitment toward building a better future for our region. It has been an honor to work alongside them, and their legacy of service will continue to inspire our work.

E-MAC Tanzania, in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust and with support from the Mastercard Foundation, is inviting youth from Arusha Region to apply for the Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027, implemented under the Going Beyond Project.

📍 Target Areas:
• Arusha City Council (Arusha CC)
• Arusha District Council (Arusha DC)
• Monduli District Council (Monduli DC)

What participants will gain:
✅ Training and mentorship to become youth leaders and program facilitators.
✅ Digital skills and entrepreneurship training to start or improve their businesses.
✅ Practical knowledge in employment readiness, technology, business development, and leadership.
✅ Increased opportunities to participate in the modern job market.
