’s Van Gogh: An Immersive Journey is available to experience until 22 February at , Istanbul.
The exhibition has been visited by over 200,000 people and takes place across two spaces at the Digital Experience Center—the Immersive Room and the 360° LED Room—since opening on August 23.
Van Gogh’s artworks and life are transformed into a four-part, 18-minute spatial narrative, combining digital interpretations with futuristic predictions. We enter his inner world and see fragments of memory through his eyes. Paintings expand into moving scenes and 3D environments. His imagination becomes walk-through landscapes and living paintings. Finally, a custom software categorizes and analyzes an extensive dataset of Van Gogh artworks, and AI-generated imagery is created with high-dimensional algorithms and neural networks.
