Sabancı University representative Berna Vişne presented “From First Contact to Cultural Competence: Rethinking Recruitment through an Intercultural Lens,” emphasizing the importance of culturally aware communication in student recruitment strategies.
Co-chaired by Koç University representative B. Begüm Çiçek, the session underlined the need for more inclusive and empathetic approaches in engaging prospective international students.

EduEnable representative Hakan Karaoğlu presented “AI-Driven Student Support: Rethinking Engagement, Retention, and Well-Being in Higher Education,” highlighting innovative approaches to supporting international students through AI.
Chaired by Anadolu University representative Bilge Kağan Özdemir, the panel emphasized the importance of data-driven and student-centered solutions in the digital transformation of higher education.
