Kho introduced the duo to a recording studio in Ariana called "Gritli," where they began to hone their craft in a more professional setting. This marked a turning point in their careers, as they were able to refine their sound and grow as artists. In 2011, K1NG'O and Cocodrillo had their first breakthrough, releasing their debut track, "Esto es la vida," a testament to their evolving musical abilities. Their collaboration laid the foundation for what would soon become a major force in the local rap scene. In 2012, K1NG'O co-founded the group "Son 2 Ghetto," a collective that would go on to define his early career. Alongside fellow members such as "El Maestro" (now known as "Black-Ghgost"), Cocodrillo, Kazi "Linconnu," Mr Dab, and "Wajdi Goftar," the group quickly gained recognition for their hard-hitting lyrics and raw, unfiltered approach to rap. In late 2015 and early 2016, K1NG'O released his first music video, "We'll Be There," alongside "El Maestro" and "Hz Mbaki," a track that resonated with fans and marked the start of his solo career.
