In one powerful moment of truth and vulnerability, DTI Internal Audit Service (IAS) personnels opened their hearts during our first day of the 2-day team building session held at Funtasea Hotel and Beach Resort , Iba, Zambales on April 24-25, 2025.
Through our transformational 'Sharing Exercise,' from our signature training program, walls came down, connections deepened, and healing began.
What started as an activity turned into a transformative experienceโreminding us that real strength lies in understanding, empathy, and unity.
