Job Title: Online English Teacher (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $15/hour (USD)
Location: Must currently reside in Asia
Eligible Nationalities: American, British, Irish, or Australian
Work Arrangement: Remote
Weekly Hours: 2–4 hours to start, with opportunity for more

Position Overview
ESL House is seeking a passionate and engaging Online English Teacher to join our growing team. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for experienced educators who are eager to teach young learners in a supportive, student-centered environment. While the current schedule offers 2–4 hours per week, additional hours are expected to become available as our student base expands.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, interactive 1:1 or small-group online classes for 30–60 minutes
Adapt lesson content to meet individual student needs
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and families
Maintain a professional online presence with consistent, timely communication
Commit to regularly scheduled class times within the 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Beijing Time window
Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is highly valued and preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of experience teaching English to primary-level students (ages 5–12 preferred)
Must be a native English speaker
Must be currently residing in Asia for timezone alignment
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup
Previous experience in ESL instruction or online education required
Comfortable using video conferencing tools and online teaching platforms

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree (required)
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred)
