Thailand. He has done over a hundred destination weddings in Thailand from clients all over the world, he has continued to develop and perfect his skills, enabling him to offer his clients the finest services and deliver truly unique portfolios of photographs that you will treasure forever. In 2014, after gaining 10 years of experience in Thailand, he decided to take a new journey to New York City, where he was continuing to photograph whilst simultaneously appreciating people of different culture from all around the world. Lin was also a press photographer and videographer in major events such as MBFW (New York Fashion Week S/S15), MET gala 2014, Tribeca Film Festival 2014, Clinton Global Initiative 2014, etc., for Vogue, Pix11, local/online magazines, etc., and was expanding his skill in fashion industry, collaborating with model agencies. In 2015, after a year of gaining experience, Lin relocated back to Thailand and has been continuing his services mainly in Krabi, Phuket, Lanta, Phi Phi, Samui, and also still serving in NYC and Boston occasionally. Lin is a member of two of the biggest worldwide wedding photography associations: Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) and The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers (ISPWP). Both associations maintain the highest standard when it comes to professional wedding photographers around the world. This demonstrates that he has both the talent and determination to be an excellent and trusted wedding photographer. His unique and innovative photography, combined with the strong passion for his work, will guarantee you beautiful, professional photographs to treasure forever. When you are planning ‘a destination wedding’; you’re booking a planner, photographer, make-up artist, hair stylist, etc., and you’re in the other side of the world it is important that you find someone you can trust, feel comfortable with and rely on. ‘Photographer’ sounds like a simple job, but it is a lot more to me. You’ll see that there is many styles I’ve covered but if you have any other ideas, of course they are more than welcome. How does it work? Personally, I think knowing each other a little beforehand is important to make sure we all get on well and feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to 20th century technology so we could contact via an email, WhatsApp, Line, Skype, etc. It would be the best if we can meet up before the actual day to allow time to discuss all your wishes. I can cover both a natural as well as a staged shoot. Either way, I will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the shoot. From experience I know what will happen next so I’m always ready in the right spot to get the best angle. Where can you find me at work? I service and always travel all around Thailand, but mostly in Krabi, Phuket, Lanta island, Phi-Phi island, Samui island, Hua-Hin, Pattaya, Chaing Mai, and Bangkok. I will do overseas weddings too. If you would like me to go long distance or abroad for your shoot, I would be very happy for the opportunity. I’m a very easy-going guy though so I would be happy with a friendly sofa somewhere, no need for posh hotels! How long does it take for the post-production? It normally takes about 3-5 days after shooting day. I prefer to deliver you the USB in person but in case that you have to leave before it’s ready, I will post it to yours afterward or using Dropbox. Need help? As I have worked in many places and know most resorts and planners, especially in Krabi, so I can make it easy for you. I have put a lot of photos on my gallery showing a variety of set ups and venues from different locations. Maybe that will help you to get a clearer and a better picture of your special day.
