Being as Mexico just seemed like a natural stop on the way back to Thailand🤣and also had much cheaper flights than out of the USA, I decided to spend a few days in Mexico City before heading back to Bangkok.
Although one of the world's largest cities, Mexico City boasts a huge number of excellent green spaces, city parks and biological reserves throughout the urban area which are full of birds and other wildlife.
Here are a few photos from the last few days: Slate-throated Redstart, the Crevice Swift Lizard, the Two-tailed Swallowtail, and the melanistic form of the Red-bellied Squirrel.
