Welding Idea

I've been welding for about 4 months, how is the quality in relation to the time I've been doing this for?

Starting to feel proud of my welding. Any constructive criticism is appreciated.also my first time posting something to reddit hopefully I done it correctly

Never had Flux core welding turn out like this before, used anti spatter spray and did 2 passes over and welded from behind for good pe*******on, what do you guys think?

My advice is to proofread before posting.
