📌A Moment of Mindfulness

“Constantly ask yourself,
‘When will I die?’

If we contemplate in this way,
our mind will be alert every second,
heedfulness will always be present.”

— Ajahn Chah

📌A Moment of Mindfulness

“Ask yourself less, ‘What will I get?’ and ask yourself more, ‘What can I do for others?’”

— P. A. Payutto

จงถามตนเองให้น้อยลงว่า ฉันจะได้อะไร และจงถามตัวเองให้มากขึ้นว่า ฉันจะทำอะไร เพื่อผู้อื่นได้บ้าง

📌A Moment of Mindfulness

“Human beings have become skilled at seeking things that support happiness, but not at cultivating the capacity to be happy.”

— P. A. Payutto

เราได้แต่พัฒนาความสามารถที่จะหาสิ่งบำรุงความสุข แต่เราไม่ได้พัฒนาความสามารถที่จะมีความสุข

📌A Moment of Mindfulness

“When one understands things as they truly are, suffering itself becomes a source of benefit.”

— P. A. Payutto

“มองทุกข์ให้ถูก
ทุกข์นั้นก็จะเป็นประโยชน์”

“A rock on the mountaintop remains rough and sharp because no one touches or disturbs it.

A rock in a stream becomes smooth and beautiful because the flowing water rubs against it again and again.

Living with others may not be as peaceful
as living alone, but it helps smooth the sharp edges within our hearts.

Do not reject the feeling of discomfort when being with other people. If we have wisdom,
we can use this friction to polish away our self-delusion, until the mind becomes free from defilements, just as a stone in the stream, smooth and beautiful.”

- Ajahn Jayasaro

🧘‍♀️Experiential Learning Journey of the Certificate Program in Mindfulness Master (CMM), IBSC, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), at Buddhadasa Indapanno Archives

We are delighted to share the VDO highlights from our meaningful learning journey at the Buddhadasa Indapanno Archives (BIA), Bangkok. 🎥

This excursion was organized by the Certificate Program in Mindfulness Master (CMM), IBSC, MCU, under the academic guidance of Dr. Nadnapang Phophichit, Program Director, as part of our commitment to experiential learning beyond the classroom.

Throughout the visit, students deepened their understanding of Dhamma principles and Ānāpānasati practice based on Ajahn Buddhadasa’s teachings. The program included guided learning through Buddhist art and exhibitions, meditation practice in the meditation hall, and reflective knowledge sharing among participants. 🧘🏻‍♂️📖

This journey reflects the core identity of the CMM Program — integrating theory, contemplative practice, and real-world experience to cultivate wisdom, mindfulness, and inner transformation.

We sincerely thank the Buddhadasa Indapanno Archives (BIA) for their warm hospitality and valuable guidance. 🙏 Appreciation is also extended to our students, lecturers, and staff who made this excursion a great success.
