DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB BLINDLY
Not every frustration at work is a sign to resign.

Many people are quitting jobs because:
• They got a little money
• Someone promised them a “big opportunity”
• They heard “you can’t become rich through salary”
• They are tired of office pressure
• Or they are angry at a boss

But before you write that resignation letter, pause and think.

Dreams are valid. Entrepreneurship is valid. Career shifts are valid.
But dreams also need structure, timing, planning, and sustainability.

Passion alone does not pay rent immediately.
Motivational quotes do not clear school fees.
“Taking risks” sounds good until medical bills, food, transport, and responsibilities show up.

Sometimes employment is not your prison - it is your runway.

Build the dream while employed if possible.
Test the business idea. Create a financial cushion. Understand your market. Plan for healthcare, food, emergencies, and family obligations.

There’s nothing wrong with leaving employment… but leaving without a plan can turn a dream into unnecessary survival pressure.

Wisdom is not just in chasing opportunities.
It is also in preparing properly before you jump.

Not every exit must be emotional. Some exits should be strategic.
