‎Once You Understand These Psychological Tactics, You'll Start Noticing Them Everywhere
‎
‎1. Love Bombing – Someone overwhelms you with attention, compliments, or gifts very early to build trust quickly.
‎
‎2. Guilt-Tripping – Making you feel responsible for their emotions so you'll do what they want.
‎
‎3. Gaslighting – Repeatedly denying or twisting events until you begin to doubt your own memory or judgment.
‎
‎4. Reciprocity Pressure – After doing you a favor, someone makes you feel obligated to return it, even when you don't want to.
‎
‎5. Social Proof – "Everyone else is doing it." People often feel pressure to follow the crowd.
‎
‎6. Scarcity – Creating urgency with phrases like "Last chance" or "Only a few left" to encourage quick decisions.
‎
‎7. Authority Bias – People tend to trust information simply because it comes from someone seen as an authority.
‎
‎8. Foot-in-the-Door Technique – Starting with a small request and gradually asking for bigger commitments.
‎
‎9. Emotional Appeals – Using fear, excitement, or sympathy to influence decisions instead of relying on facts.
‎
‎10. Confirmation Bias – We naturally pay more attention to information that supports what we already believe, while ignoring evidence that challenges it.
