In a republican decree read on state-owned TV, SSBC Monday evening Kiir appointed Dak Duop Bichiok as Minister of Public Service, and Bangasi Joseph Bakasoro as Minister of Presidential Affairs, Kuol Muor Muor as Governor of Warrap State.
