THE CIEC SPORTS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (CSDI)

High-level agenda for reform and improvement of football in our county. It's not a separate idea but an inclusive policy of the Ciec Peace Tournament to be a centre of regular exchange of ideas with the 7 payams coaching staff, organising committees, the 7 payam FA's chairmen and their secretaries to help draw processes toward the improvement of sports in the territory.

The CSDI's chairman remains as the chairman of the Board of Directors CPT. This policy is to make a pathway of understanding with the payam teams and their demands.

THE CSDI's OBJECTIVES

● Building trust between the Sport's bodies and the community's engaged
● Enhancing Sport's analysis and collaboration with partners.
● Strengthening marketing and investment strategies for the organisation
● Paving the way for EDI and its crucial efficiency.

THE MISSIONS OF CSDI

● Sport's risk assessment and Reformation
● Development and infrastructure improvement
● Ethical management of Payam Football Teams resources
● Affiliation of all teams with football constitution.
● reconsideration of the community's benefits.

Under the stewardship of CPT management, the CSDI would be an umbrella that brings us together to make studies of the sports and design possible plans.

REAPPOINTMENT OF MR. MAKUEI CHIEC AJOK AS THE CHAIRMAN OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS, CIEC PEACE TOURNAMENT, SECOND EDITION 2026

Dear fellow sport's lovers.

I would like to take this opportunity to once more declares the Reappointment of our former chairman of Boad in the first edition as the legitimate chairman for the rest of the tournament's future that begins in 2026.

Mr. Makuei who has been consistently working hard for the welfare of this organisation deserves this trust again so that he completely established what was skipped and to draw the road map for the challenges faced in the inaugural Edition, 2025.

His second spell will speak volumes because has a book containing the Dos and Don'ts of the foundation he's concurrently serving as the co-founder. He's today given the full mandate to construct the constitution of the tournament and assumes full scale legitimacy as the Chairman to exercise his powers of doing all the appointments in the remaining departments of the organisation.

Sub: Malek Payam Football Team to have free participation in the next edition of Ciec Peace Tournament 2026/2027.

In reference to the offer I made 2 hours ago, I'm here on behalf of the foundation and my co-founder Mc Ajok Barech Jr to implement what was optimistically posted regarding the privilege to free participation in the second edition of Ciec Peace Tournament to any payam whose player in the county's team is going to score in today's game against Cueibet County in the inaugural Lakes State Peace Tournament.

However, this opportunity happened to be for Malek Payam, the defending champions of both YEIPT and CPT 2025/2026 following the goal scored by Alier Matueny Butich, the no.19 Right winger for both the county and his payam.

VALUES

1). Motivation and boosting of the performance per player.

●We did this as part of motivation to our players in the county's team to play with responsibility and leadership in this very specific game.

2). Exploitation of privileges of sportsmanship

●This would embark the maximum advantages of the game to everyone who's committed and dedicated to the success rather than indulgent performances.

NB; we only have two chances, One has gone with Alier matueny and anytime in any match we gonna announce the winner of the second chance, we will not actually post it before game but after game.

BONUS! Is reserve for whoever will score in semi final or Final. There's also tremendous offering from the foundation to player's payam during that time.
