🧠 HEALTH AWARENESS:
What’s Really in Energy Drinks?
We all take them when we feel tired, during long drives, late-night studying, or that 3 PM slump. But the “light and fresh energy” comes from strong stimulants like caffeine, guarana, taurine, high-dose B-vitamins, and sugar or artificial sweeteners.
While it give temporary mental focus, physical energy, and a quick mood boost, it is DANGEROUS to the KIDNEYS. It can stress on the kidneys. The CAFFEINE(active substance) in it causes DEHYDRATION, the drinks are highly acidic, and frequent use can lead to loss of important minerals like calcium and magnesium. In heavy consumption, this may even increase the risk of kidney problems.
MY ADVICE IS SIMPLE: don’t quit completely, just minimise it.
IF YOU STILL TAKE ENERGY DRINKS:
• Drink enough water after taking one
• Don’t make it a daily habit (limit to 1–2 times a week)
• Avoid drinking it on an empty stomach
• Never mix it with alcohol.
WARNING ⚠️
Protect your kidneys. That small energy drinks, is not stronger than your health.

When I look at Kenya, I just laugh. I wonder where the presidents of Kenya took the courage like the one Moi had! I trained my military in Kenya and now Uganda is doing well. Why are very small people like Gachagua and Matiang’i disrespecting a sitting head of state? Bwana Ruto, uswadi ulipewa sio ya kukata mboga! Deal with these maniacs with some force and they wont repeat their silly mistakes. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

🔴 BREAKING NEWS
President Salva Kiir Mayardit has now spent one week in South Africa since departing on Saturday, March 14, 2026. During the visit, he held talks on March 19 with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, where discussions reportedly centered on South Sudan’s upcoming 2026 elections, electoral support, and strengthening economic cooperation between Juba and Pretoria.
Although the meeting has concluded and the President was expected to return to Juba, his continued stay has raised questions among citizens about the reasons for the extended visit.
The situation has fueled public speculation back home, with some questioning why the Head of State remains abroad after completing official engagements. Concerns have also been amplified following a statement from the People's Coalition for Civil Action, which has urged parliament to initiate an independent medical evaluation of President Kiir covering both mental and physical health, citing the need for transparency and national stability.
The extended stay has led to growing speculation that the trip may include a private medical checkup, though no official confirmation has been provided by authorities.
As of now, there has been no formal update from the presidency regarding the President’s return to Juba. Follow for more updates.

When you thought it was a safari… but it turned into a fashion show
No lions chasing.
No dramatic wildlife scenes.
Just…
“Excuse me, do you have this in my size?”
Some are trying it on…
Some are posing already…
And one clearly thinks he’s the main model of the season
Honestly, at this point,
we’re not dressing them…
they’re judging our fashion choices.
