Scientists have discovered something unusual deep within the Earth. They found a mysterious heartbeat coming from the planet's core, which is located thousands of miles beneath our feet. This strange signal is not just an interesting finding; it seems to be causing a significant change on the surface. Researchers believe that this heartbeat is linked to a split in the African continent, creating a rift that divides it into two parts.

The heartbeat comes from the movement of molten rock and other materials in the Earth's core, which influences tectonic plates on the surface. These tectonic plates are constantly shifting, and this unique heartbeat could be a driving force behind the rift that's forming in East Africa. Over time, these natural processes can lead to significant geological changes, including the formation of new landforms like valleys or even oceans.

As researchers study this phenomenon further, they hope to gain a better understanding of both the Earth's interior and the effects it has on the surface. This exciting discovery not only helps us learn more about our planet but also highlights how dynamic and alive Earth truly is. Scientists will continue to monitor this heartbeat to see how it affects Africa and the world in the future.

BREAKING: JURISDICTION AFFIRMED. The Special Court for the Nasir Incident has rejected the defense's challenge, affirming it has proper jurisdiction and competency to try Dr. Riek Machar and co-accused. The presiding judge explicitly cited the Transitional Constitution as the legal basis, further noting that only the President is granted immunity under the constitution, not other office holders. The court also stated that the proposed Hybrid Court cannot be invoked as it remains unestablished. The trial on substantive charges is now cleared to move forward.

Global warming means the Earth’s temperature is increasing because of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide from burning fuels, deforestation, and pollution. 🌑️

This leads to melting glaciers, rising sea levels, extreme weather, and threats to both humans and wildlife. 🐧πŸŒͺ️

πŸ’‘ The solution starts with us: saving energy, using renewable sources, reducing waste, and planting more trees. 🌱

πŸ‘‰ Small changes = A safer planet for the future.

Dr. Machar’s Legal Team calls Nasir case a violation of cease-fire

Dr. Geri Raimondu, head of Dr. Riek Machar Teny’s legal team, has described the Nasir case as a violation of the ceasefire agreement between the two parties (The government and the SPLM-IO).

He stated that the matter should instead be investigated by the Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism (CTSAMM), insisting that it is not an issue for the courts.

Meanwhile, Dr. Machar’s legal team continues to challenge both the competency and jurisdiction of the Special Court currently handling the case.

Glaciers are like the Earth’s natural water banks, storing fresh water and keeping our climate balanced. But due to global warming, these glaciers are melting at an alarming rate. 🌑️

βœ… Sea levels are rising, putting coastal cities at risk.
βœ… Animals like polar bears and penguins are losing their homes.
βœ… Fresh water resources for millions of people are shrinking.

πŸ’‘ Every small action counts! Save energy, plant trees, reduce plastic use, and raise awareness. Together, we can slow down global warming and protect our future. 🌱
