Govt Launches Biometric Headcount for Organized Forces to Eliminate Ghost Workers.

Juba, 23 June 2026 -

The Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development, with Finance and Interior Ministries, today launched a nationwide biometric registration and headcount for South Sudan’s Organized Forces.

Sanctioned by H.E. President Salva Kiir Mayardit, the exercise aims to build a single verified biometric database to strengthen payroll integrity under the theme “Enhancing Payroll Integrity Through Biometric Registration and Headcount Verification.
