‼️ 𝑭𝑰𝑭𝑨 is implementing an "𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊-𝑨𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒍" rule, as reported by 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒐 𝑨𝑺.
Starting from the 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑪𝒖𝒑, a goal can be DISALLOWED by VAR in the event of a foul committed by the attacker even before the ball is kicked (for example, during a corner-kick situation).
There will now be 7 scenarios in which VAR can intervene:
1️⃣ 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍
2️⃣ 𝑷𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚
3️⃣ 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅
4️⃣ 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒀𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝑬𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
5️⃣ 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒓 𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒚
6️⃣ 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎
