If you are invited for a job interview, at the entrance of the gates or within the Organization's premises:

Avoid or do the following:

1. Politely greet everybody. I have seen MDs and Managers disguise and stand at the gate to observe interviewees.

2. Do not go inside and start charging your phone or begin to look for where to charge your phone.

3. Do not go inside and begin to chat with your phone or make unnecessary calls. Put the phone inside your bag. They could be monitoring you through the camera.

4. Avoid too much talk with fellow interviewees. Don't go there and begin to argue about the government of the day, escalated food prices,s and even lack of employment opportunities. Just be calm and positive.

5. Don't start praying and speaking in tongues to demonstrate your religiosity and closeness to God. Pray at home before going.

6. If they offer you Tea or food, Please reject it politely and thank them. You can take it after the interview. If you take that Tea or food, you are out.

7. Don't chew gum, biscuit or anything. Go with a book and read it.

8. Never ever criticize your previous employer.

9. If you see somebody you know in the Organization, either as a staff or a fellow interviewee, greet him officially. Avoid creating an impression that you know him.

10. Do not appear too Poor, helpless, or inferior before the interviewer. Forget about your personal and family problems. Focus on the job.

11. After the interview, put up a smiling face, thank them, and leave.

In most cases, interviewers assess and score interviewees by the factors above and not necessarily by the answers they provide on paper. They'll train you eventually to do the job if they employ you.

THOSE WHO CROWN KINGS DO NOT LOOK LIKE KINGS ; BEWARE !!!

There was this poor man who *wrote a book at the age of 40* and decided to launch it on his Birthday.

He had no money to fund the launching and so, *he decided to seek help from a millionaire* in his community.

He made a visit to the Millionaires home and after they exchanged pleasantries, he told his host what brought him.

The Millionaire told him to take out a piece of paper and pen.
He said, " I will give you a test. If you pass it, I will give you the money you need and if you fail, I will still give you the money"

He then told him to write down the names of 10 people who could give him 10k each for his book during the launch.

Surprisingly, the man could not write even 3 names.

Now, take a glass of water and let me tell you something..

It is not enough to have talent and skills. You must understand the power of building valuable relationship.

It was a wise man that said, *your network is directly proportional to your net worth.*

Relationship is a stream of income. Everything in this life actually reproduces on the basis of relationship.

See eh, *Who likes you in this life matters.*

Men are lifted through men.

*Many of us are educated, skilled and talented but we lack a cup bearer* to tell the King that there is a Joseph that can interpret dreams.

*Who you know matters a lot in this life.* Don't say it doesn't matter. It does.

There are heights and opportunities you will never attain if you don't understand *the power of Keeping Valuable Relationships* .

When they say, *turn and greet your neighbour at times, you don't even know who you are talking to* .

That might be the CEO of a company. But sometimes, *we despise people based on their outward looks and judge them wrongly.*

Have this wisdom am sharing with you.

That person you sit with, or the colleagues at work that you look down on, may be the one that will lead you to your destiny helper because you have no idea who they know.

Sometimes, it takes just a recommendation to change your story.

*Don't despise anyone in Life.* You will need them one day.

Remember, *those who crown Kings don't look like kings* and may never become kings but they can help you wear the crown.

Lastly, when you are exiting a relationship, Shut the door gently; you may need to use it tomorrow.

If you invest in a woman, you will regret it.

If you train her in school, you will regret it.

If you give her a life you haven't given to yourself, you will regret it.

If you exalt her above yourself, you will regret it.

The only time you will never regret it is when you INVEST IN YOURSELF INSTEAD OF A WOMAN.

The hard truth is that whatever sacrifices you are making for a woman counts as a loss; there is no guarantee anywhere that you are making an investment that will generate an ROI tomorrow.

Never put your trust in a woman, you will regret it.

I know now some of you are reading these posts will think I am a loser who hates women, but the deep truth is you can't love women more than I love them, but I am not weak enough to tell you the truth.

Women are natural betrayers, they don't know about this until when it's time for them to betray you.

Before you do anything for a woman, make sure it's something you can let go of; let it be something that won't hurt you badly when she dumps you.

The truth is that women remember bad more than good. You are 99.9% good to her, and just one day, when you do her 0.01% bad, she will instantly forget all the good you have ever done for her and hold you ransom for the bad, you will pay dearly.

Love woman, but understand that love is not foolishness; use your brain, or she will use it for you.

Know your financial capacity

There are four levels of financial capacity, knowing the level you belong to will help you plan your finance and life to avoid pressure.

Which of the stages did you fall in.

1. Survival stage: this stage is the stage where you struggle to survive financially.

What you earn is not enough to cover your basic needs talk more of leisure. You can't afford to carry other people's financial needs, both of you will crash.

Your ultimate goal at this stage is to reduce expenses as much as possible while you fight to increase your earnings.

Discipline and wisdom are needed here to control your spending.

2. Security stage: This is the stage where your income has increased significantly.

You can meet your basic need and can afford to save some.

Your ultimate goal here is to save as much as you can while you still control your expenses.

If you lack spending discipline, you will never move out of this stage or even go back to the survival stage.

3. Success stage: this is the stage where you have saved and invested that your investment is now yielding profits.

To get to this stage, you must learn the habit of money retention through savings.

4. Abundance stage: this stage is where you have multiplied your investment that you can afford any kind of luxury.

It all start making money

Retaining money

And multiplying money.

You cannot learn and practice these principles in isolation.
