We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of a true legend in the Sierra Leone entertainment industry, Lansana Sheriff, also known as Steady Bongo.
On behalf of Rokel DJ's Union general membership, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, fan's and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His music and vibrant spirit touched countless lives and his legacy will continue to inspire and uplift.
Steady Bongo’s contributions to Sierra Leone's entertainment scene were unparalleled and his loss is felt deeply within our community. His passion and talent will forever remain etched in our hearts.
May his soul rest in perfect peace and may his music continue to live on, bringing joy and solace to all.
