It is with a very heavy heart and deep sorrow that I write this tribute in Honor of Mr. Bockarie the Acting ICT Manager. The news of your passing remains deeply shocking and painful.

Words cannot fully express the sadness this loss has brought to me and to everyone who had the privilege of working with you. my heartfelt and deepest condolences to your entire family, loved ones, friends, and colleagues during this very difficult time.

Mr. Bockarie the Acting ICT Manager, you were far more than a boss to me, you were a mentor, a leader, a father figure, and a source of strength and encouragement. At a time in my life when things were very difficult and challenging, you played a significant role in bringing positive change into my life. Your support, kindness, and belief in me gave me hope, confidence, and direction. For that, I will remain forever grateful.

Your leadership as Acting ICT Manager was admirable and inspiring. You led with wisdom, patience, humility, and dedication. You were always willing to guide, teach, encourage, and push some of us to become better in our work and in life. Your words of advice, your commitment to excellence, and the way you carried others along will never be forgotten.

Your passing is not only a great loss to your family, but also to all of us who were blessed to know and work with you. The impact you made in our lives, both professionally and personally, will continue to live on in our hearts and memories.

May the Almighty Lord grant your soul eternal rest and perfect peace. May He also comfort, strengthen, and uphold your family and everyone mourning this painful loss. May your life, legacy, and beautiful memories forever remain a blessing to us all.
