Have you listened to yourself today?

Maybe it’s hard when life around sounds like a tornado. Sound from the neighbour throwing garbage, from the ventilation, the traffic or whatever noise is around you. There is a lot of sound out there and it will keep spinning. Like the eye of the tornado you slow down into silence to hear the sounds from your body. What does it say to you today? Listen carefully and it will speak.
