Propaganda Claim:
“𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏 𝑨, 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔. (𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕)”

~From the very beginning, this statement exposes its own contradictions. No genuine “top secret” military or political communication gets publicly circulated across social media platforms for mass sharing. The propagandists deliberately inserted the phrase “Top Secret” to manufacture artificial credibility and create panic among emotionally vulnerable audiences.

Furthermore, the recent developments point toward a completely different reality. If there is any individual currently acting as a stabilizing bridge between the leadership and the unfolding tensions, it is precisely Izzat Koko himself. The tensions emerged after certain individuals were requested by the government and leadership structures to present themselves and explain their role regarding the tribal disputes surrounding the land demarcation issue.

The propagandists deliberately distort this reality in order to create the false impression that there exists some organized anti-TASIS conspiracy inside the movement itself. In reality, what exists is a local dispute being exaggerated and tribalized through misinformation campaigns.

Most importantly, if these individuals truly possessed access to classified operational plans, why would they recklessly release them publicly where civilians, activists, intelligence observers, and rival actors can all access them? The answer is simple: because this was never an authentic classified document to begin with. It is a propaganda fabrication designed to create fear, confusion, mistrust, and internal division.

Propaganda Claim:

~This allegation collapses immediately under factual scrutiny. There has been no official removal of Attoro military leaders from active service whatsoever. The individuals currently at the center of the dispute are individuals who isolated themselves after disagreements surrounding the land demarcation process and subsequent government directives. No official military statement has declared the removal of Attoro officers from service.

Secondly, the claim that Abdelaziz al-Hilu has been prevented from entering Kauda since 2022 is an outright fabrication. Al-Hilu has continuously maintained communication and operational oversight over the region and has never been absent from Kauda for any prolonged period remotely matching what the propagandists claim. In fact, he was present in the headquarters as recently as April 2026.

The propagandists also expose their lack of understanding regarding military and political procedures inside the SPLM-N and SPLA-N structures. There has never been any official military integration process between the SPLA-N and the Rapid Support Forces. The relationship and agreements between the two sides remain political and strategic understandings, not military absorption or force integration.

Likewise, military seniority adjustments inside the SPLA-N cannot occur arbitrarily. Such procedures pass through institutional military protocols and leadership approvals under the authority of Al-Hilu himself.

The claim regarding failure to liberate strategic areas is equally false. Since 2022, the movement has continued consolidating and controlling major strategic territories across the Nuba Mountains. Today, approximately 70% of Nuba territories remain under SPLA-N influence and operational control.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒆𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓.”

~The propagandists are intentionally weaponizing a naturally sensitive issue. Land demarcation disputes are historically common in many societies, particularly in regions where traditional boundaries overlap across communities. Such disagreements do not automatically constitute organized conspiracies.

In reality, the land demarcation process itself was initiated to address longstanding local tensions and provide structured solutions for recurring border disagreements among communities.

What happened afterward was different: a limited number of individuals from one community mobilized opposition against the process and later refused to present themselves before the authorities and leadership structures to formally air their grievances.

Therefore, portraying the situation as though the entirety of Heiban County has collapsed into tribal chaos is a deliberate exaggeration designed to inflame emotions and deepen mistrust among neighboring communities.

Propaganda Claim:

“𝑻𝒐 𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑱𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒅 𝒂𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏’𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚, 𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒔 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑵𝒖𝒃𝒂 𝑴𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔.”

~This statement exposes either deliberate manipulation or complete ignorance regarding the political and administrative structure of the region.

Jagud is not the Governor of the Nuba Mountains Region. The Governor of the Nuba Mountains Region is Daud Ishaiah. Jagud serves as Governor of South Kordofan Region under the current structures.

Such a basic factual error seriously undermines the credibility of the entire propaganda document. It demonstrates that the authors are either deliberately altering official structures to suit their narrative or possess insufficient knowledge regarding the institutions they claim to analyze.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒑𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒔 𝒔𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒊𝒕 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚.”

~The political and social history of the Nuba Mountains makes such a scenario highly unrealistic. The people of the region have survived decades of war, infiltration attempts, tribal manipulation, and political destabilization campaigns. Communities today are highly politically aware and capable of identifying suspicious activities long before they escalate into large-scale destabilization.

No group can simply manufacture organized regional chaos without immediate resistance from both civilians and institutional leadership structures. The propagandists are deliberately exaggerating fears in order to psychologically destabilize the public.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒑𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒊𝒓𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒔…”

~This statement itself already exposes the malicious tribal intent behind the propaganda. The Tira and Liera communities are politically experienced communities with long histories of participation in the liberation struggle. They are not communities that can simply be manipulated emotionally or purchased politically for tribal agendas.

History itself proves this reality. The reason the Nuba Mountains remained relatively united throughout decades of war is precisely because many communities consistently rejected tribal fragmentation despite immense external pressure.

The propagandists are deliberately attempting to provoke hostility between neighboring communities by inserting insulting and inflammatory language into the statement.

Propaganda Claim:

“𝑻𝒐 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒚 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔…”

~The propagandists are attempting to create the impression that the Attoro community constitutes the entire military and political backbone of the SPLM-N and SPLA-N structures. That narrative is false.

The movement consists of members from more than 99 Nuba tribes and communities, in addition to many other Sudanese groups and national components, including communities such as the Fur and many others across Sudan.

No single tribe solely defines or sustains the movement institutionally, militarily, or politically. The struggle belongs collectively to all oppressed Sudanese communities participating within the movement’s structures.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒏 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒗𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒔.”

~This allegation lacks even basic operational logic. Who exactly would carry out such operations? Under whose command? Through what operational mechanism? And for what official purpose?

The propagandists deliberately make vague accusations without presenting any realistic chain of implementation because their objective is emotional reaction, not factual analysis.

Propaganda Claim:

~Again, this completely ignores the existence of government institutions, civilian oversight, military command structures, local administration systems, and community resistance mechanisms operating throughout the region.

The propagandists want civilians to imagine a complete collapse of state, military, and social order overnight without explanation. Such scenarios are unrealistic and designed purely to provoke fear.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒆𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒗𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒉 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚.”

~This is operationally unrealistic. Security checkpoints, military oversight structures, intelligence monitoring systems, and centralized command structures operate across the region. Large-scale weapon distribution and logistical military movements cannot occur secretly without leadership awareness and institutional coordination.

No significant military mobilization happens inside the movement without knowledge of the Chairman and senior command structures.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎 𝒂 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 2,000 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒓𝒔… 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐’𝒔 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒍𝒍.”

~This allegation is politically and militarily unrealistic from every angle. The propagandists are deliberately attempting to create the impression that the Attoro community constitutes the military backbone of the SPLA-N, as though the movement would collapse if Attoro were weakened.

The SPLA-N is a liberation movement composed of members from more than 99 Nuba tribes and communities, in addition to many other Sudanese groups and national components, including communities such as the Fur and others across Sudan.

Secondly, how exactly would a force of merely 2,000 soldiers overpower or destroy influence inside a military structure whose forces and affiliated security structures exceed more than 100,000 soldiers and personnel across different operational sectors?

Furthermore, recruitment, training, deployment, command restructuring, and operational planning inside the SPLA-N are not conducted through tribal favoritism. Such procedures pass through established military protocols and leadership approval mechanisms.

Any unusual tribal concentration of forces would immediately raise suspicion internally long before implementation.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒅𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔…”

~If any security deployments existed in multiple directions, they would most likely relate to efforts aimed at containing tensions surrounding the dispute involving the specific individuals currently under scrutiny — not some imaginary campaign to “destroy” an entire tribe.

The propagandists deliberately reinterpret ordinary security containment measures into fabricated ethnic extermination narratives in order to inflame tribal emotions.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒅𝒂, 𝒘𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝑷𝑳𝑴 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒎 𝑫𝒖𝒍𝒖…”

~The discussion regarding relocation or expansion of administrative centers has existed for years for practical developmental reasons, including geography, infrastructure limitations, and topographical constraints surrounding Kauda itself.

The propagandists are now attempting to retroactively reinterpret such discussions as evidence of anti-Attoro conspiracies.

Furthermore, the Moro community remains among the strongest pillars of the SPLM-N and SPLA-N structures politically, militarily, and administratively. Suggesting that the Moro community can simply be manipulated into tribal conspiracies against the movement itself demonstrates a serious misunderstanding of political realities on the ground.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐’𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚…”

~History cannot be erased through propaganda narratives or temporary disputes involving specific individuals. The revolutionary contributions of all communities within the struggle remain historically documented and socially recognized.

The propagandists are attempting to emotionally weaponize historical memory in order to mobilize tribal fear and resentment.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝑷𝑳𝑴 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒔 𝑨𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓 𝑵𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒓…”

~Ironically, the structure and wording of this propaganda itself strongly suggest coordination among the same individuals now attempting to portray themselves as independent observers.

The propagandists are attempting to create artificial distance between themselves and the narrative in order to make the propaganda appear externally verified and therefore more believable.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒓𝒖𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏…”

~This is precisely the mechanism being employed right now by the propagandists themselves: spreading tribalized narratives, injecting fear into public discourse, and attempting to portray leadership decisions as externally manipulated conspiracies.

The objective is to weaken trust between civilians, military structures, and political leadership.

Propaganda Claim:

~The propagandists are deliberately reframing ordinary security and disciplinary procedures as ethnic targeting in order to pressure leadership structures into abandoning lawful investigations and security operations surrounding the dispute.

No functioning government or military institution can ignore individuals accused of fueling instability and refuse to investigate tensions affecting public security.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒔.”

~This statement collapses entirely under moral, social, and practical scrutiny. It lacks credibility, operational logic, and even basic human realism. The propagandists inserted such emotionally extreme accusations simply to maximize outrage and emotional reaction among readers.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂.”

~The people and leadership structures within the movement possess decades of political, military, and legal experience accumulated throughout the liberation struggle. The idea that entire communities suddenly lack the ability to defend themselves institutionally or politically is unrealistic.

Propaganda Claim:
“𝑻𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑨𝒍-𝑯𝒊𝒍𝒖…”

~Nothing of major political, military, humanitarian, or security significance happens within the region without eventually reaching the attention of Abdelaziz al-Hilu and the senior leadership structures.

The claim that Al-Hilu can somehow be completely isolated from communication with entire communities inside his own operational environment is simply unrealistic.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍

After my analyses of this propaganda narrative point by point, one conclusion becomes unavoidable: the entire document is a deliberate misinformation operation designed to spread fear, mistrust, tribal hatred, confusion, and internal division inside the Nuba Mountains and among supporters of TASIS.

The propagandists intentionally mixed lies with partial truths, manipulated existing tensions, inserted familiar names and locations, exaggerated ordinary security developments, and tribalized political disagreements in order to make the fabrication appear believable.

The objective is clear;
To weaken trust in the leadership.
To provoke tribal hostility.
To create suspicion among neighboring communities.
To destabilize the region internally after failing militarily and politically.

This is the exact strategy long used by Muslim Brotherhood networks and enemies of the Sudanese liberation struggle: infiltrate communities with misinformation, exploit tribal emotions, manufacture victimhood narratives, and encourage communities to destroy themselves from within.

The people of the Nuba Mountains must refuse to become tools in such an agenda.

Online activists, I urge you to verify information before spreading it. Not every emotional message is authentic. Reckless propaganda sharing can ignite real bloodshed among innocent civilians.

Brothers involved in the dispute, Do not allow yourselves to be manipulated into believing that the SPLM-N, SPLA-N, or TASIS are enemies of your existence. The circulating claims alleging a “massacre” or “genocide” against the Otoro people in the Nuba Mountains are COMPLETELY FALSE.

The photographs being used as so-called “evidence” were STOLEN from legitimate news coverage of an accidental fire incident in Aweil Town, South Sudan — not from the Nuba Mountains, and not from Sudan.

Let the truth be clear:

ACTUAL LOCATION: Mideria Neighborhood, Aweil Town, South Sudan.

ACTUAL INCIDENT: An accidental fire outbreak that destroyed approximately 15 houses and a sports bar.

ACTUAL CASUALTIES: Local authorities in Aweil confirmed there were ZERO deaths.

Yet, individuals driven by division and ethnic incitement have deliberately recycled these images and fabricated a false narrative accusing the SPLM-N of atrocities in order to inflame tensions, spread fear, and provoke hatred among communities.

This is not journalism. This is not activism. This is calculated disinformation.
The merchants of chaos thrive on panic, outrage, and tribal hostility. They weaponize emotionally charged words such as “genocide” and “massacre” to manipulate the public while hiding the fact that their entire story is built on stolen images from another country.
