Dear God,

When frustration builds and things feel too hard, remind me that You are my strength and help in every moment. Teach me to pause before reacting and to look to You for wisdom when I don’t know what to do.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Let this truth steady my heart and bring peace to my thoughts when everything feels uncertain.

Give me endurance to keep going when I want to give up. Fill me with faith that believes You are working even when I can’t see it. Help me trust that Your goodness is constant, even in difficulty. Lead me through today with calm confidence, knowing You will carry me through every challenge.
