Her exceptional achievements were recognized with the Hilton Circle of Excellence 2024 - Hotel Salesperson of the Year (Leisure, EMEA), where she stood out as the only recipient among more than 1,000 hotels across the region. Throughout her career, Ulviyya has successfully led commercial strategies across diverse markets, including CIS, the UK, Europe, the Americas, APAC, and the GCC. Ulviyya holds an MBA from Swiss Montreux Business School and a BBA from Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University, and is multilingual, speaking English, Russian, Azerbaijani, and Turkish fluently.

We are delighted to spotlight Andrew O. Werimo Mukolo, a security and loss prevention leader whose career has been defined by discipline, foresight, and operational excellence across luxury hospitality and global events.
With more than 23 years of international experience across the UAE, Maldives, and the Caribbean, Andrew has led complex security operations in high-risk and high-visibility environments. From overseeing safety for 25,000+ daily visitors and dignitaries at the UAE Pavilion at Expo during Expo 2020 Dubai, to directing pre-opening loss prevention strategy at Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Turks & Caicos, his work reflects structured leadership and measurable impact.
His journey within Marriott International is particularly notable. Andrew was part of the pioneer leadership phase at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa during the historic integration of Starwood into Marriott, ensuring continuity in compliance, safety protocols, and operational standards during a pivotal transition. He later served as Loss Prevention Manager at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, strengthening surveillance systems, leading investigations, and elevating crisis response readiness. As part of task force security teams, he also contributed to operational security frameworks at JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa and The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, supporting brand standards in some of the region’s most prestigious luxury openings.
Beyond the Maldives, Andrew enhanced security performance at Huvafen Fushi Maldives and Emeralds Faarufushi – Maldives, delivering measurable reductions in incidents through upgraded CCTV systems, ERP and BCP implementation, and structured emergency drills. Earlier in his career with Emaar Hospitality Group, he reinforced compliance frameworks and fire safety systems across high-profile Dubai properties.
Currently with s7 securities in Dubai, Andrew leads event security operations across corporate gatherings, VIP functions, conferences, and major public events. His leadership style is calm, data-driven, and proactive. He builds teams that anticipate risk, respond with clarity, and protect both people and reputation without compromising guest experience.
