As an integrative therapist with a somatic perspective, I support reconnecting with the body's internal rhythms. My practice combines integrative psychotherapy, polyvagal theory, interception, and proprioception with perspectives from neuroscience and brainwave regulation, using relaxation techniques to guide the system toward calm, connection, and natural resilience. I also integrate conscious movement practices, such as Pilates and Creative Dance, along with harmonization with the body's innate intelligence and natural rhythms. Through this multidimensional approach, I support the release of stored tensions, blockages, and dense energy, making room for a more refined experience of the body, sometimes felt as a crystalline body: clear, fluid, and resonant. At the heart of my practice is a vision of connection: with oneself, with others, and with the living world. I believe that transformation does not happen through force or fixation, but through presence, harmonization, and the courage to be true—together. Prin respirație, mișcare și ascultarea corpului, explorăm modul în care schimbările subtile - pot reflecta modele mai profunde în sistemul nervos. Practica mea îmbină psihoterapia integrativa, teoria polivagală, interocepția și propriocepția cu perspective din neuroștiințe și reglarea undelor cerebrale, folosind tehnici de relaxare pentru a ghida sistemul către calm, conectare și reziliență naturală. De asemenea, integrez practici de mișcare conștientă, cm ar fi Pilates și Dansul Creativ, alături de armonizarea cu inteligența înnăscută a corpului si a ritmurilor naturale . Prin această abordare multidimensională, sprijin eliberarea tensiunilor stocate, a blocajelor și a energiei dense, făcând loc unei experiențe mai rafinate a corpului, resimțită uneori ca un corp cristalin: clar, fluid și rezonant.
În centrul practicii mele se află o viziune a conexiunii: cu sine, cu ceilalți și cu lumea vie. Cred că transformarea nu are loc prin forță sau fixare, ci prin prezență, armonizare și curajul de a fi adevărați - împreună.
