I am good enough. 💙
Such a simple thing, yet so many of us struggle with it.

When I do reach it, it feels warm, relaxed and comfortable. It gives me the space to acknowledge and appreciate both myself, and the ones around me, to enjoy our differences and what makes us unique. And when I don't ...well, say hello to my little friends: comparison, sadness, self pitty and sloth motivation.

When I first started on the journey of sharing mindful perfumes, raising awarness about mental health and self improvement was one of my goals. I managed to successfully convince myself I still have way too much to learn and I couldn't add any value to anyone. Self sabbotage at its best.

I made this drawing a couple of weeks ago to celebrate growth in my journey of self acceptance and feeling good enough. And today I'm sharing it with all of you as a gentle reminder to say: you are good enough. You deserve to feel loved and appreciated, especially by yourself.
