In this video, Tiberiu Socaci ๐งฉ is building an automated outreach processing system using Hermes.
Here is how it is developed step-by-step:
1. Inbound pitches are forwarded directly to a dedicated inbox
2. Hermes scans the inbox daily to instantly identify if an email is a generic, automated blast or a genuine pitch
3. It automatically extracts the lead's details and runs a lightweight web search to gather quick context on who they are
4. Every single lead is logged in a dedicated tracking folder and file
5. Hermes creates a personalised response draft. For now, it stays in "Human-in-the-Loop" mode. You can jump in to approve or reject the drafts
6. Once we're 100% confident, we can remove the approval step, and let Hermes run completely on automatic mode.

What is the secret to growth in 2026?
Tiberiu Socaci and Paul Hamill recently attended the Nordic Growth Summit in Stockholm, one of the leading events for B2B growth, revenue operations (RevOps) and technology innovation.
The answer was: 'human-AI equation'.
The most successful companies aren't replacing their teams with AI. They are using AI to align sales, marketing and operations, letting machines handle the mundane tasks such as syncing data, scoring leads and automating processes, so that humans can focus on activities that add value, such as building trust, devising strategies and exercising creativity.
It was an incredible event, and we are excited to bring these strategies back to our clients!

We organized another event today in London, this time together with Airtable, where we covered:

- how and why Airtable provides an easier, secure way to build custom internal applications.

We also discussed how to push AI and automation within your organization.
Together with Airtable, we outlined a 90-day playbook for driving adoption, starting with finding one recurring workflow that takes at least 2 hours a day and automate it.
