After 5 years of being a nomad, living here and there, and almost everywhere, I’ve decided to come back home and move to Bucharest full-time.

It’s been a beautiful and defining chapter of my life, but lately the desire to settle down has become very real. Coming back and being welcomed with a full tour ahead, new and familiar collectives, venues I’m excited to reconnect with, and many reasons to look forward to what’s next.

What started as small gatherings between friends and a way to stay connected through private editions during three long pandemic years has grown into a public space where sexual minorities can truly feel at ease.

As an LGBTQIA+ person, living in Romania, or organizing events here isn’t easy. But it is absolutely necessary.

When I founded Sqweez! in 2020, I wanted to build a space for the underground community. A space where I could dress the way I want. A space where I could feel I belong. A space where, together with others from the community, we can affirm that who we are is not just valid, it deserves to be seen and celebrated.

Tonight’s edition at .bucharest , in collaboration with is deeply special to me.
We’re returning to where it all began: more prepared, more courageous, more vocal, and louder than ever.

A lot of emotions before and after, but the real ones came through the music during the set, especially playing tracks from friends and producers whose music makes my days brighter and our nights so danceable.
