𝐑𝐓𝐂 is seeking an experienced and technically proficient 𝐐𝐏𝐑𝐎 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 with advanced knowledge of the 𝐴𝑠ℎ𝑔ℎ𝑎𝑙 𝑄𝑃𝑅𝑂 (𝑄𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑟 𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑖𝑡 𝑅𝑜𝑎𝑑 𝑂𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑂𝑐𝑐𝑢𝑝𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑦) 𝑆𝑦𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑚 – Version 3.0. The successful candidate must demonstrate solid expertise in 𝑹𝑶/𝑻𝑫𝑷 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔, 𝑹𝒐𝒂𝒅 & 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒑𝒊𝒏-𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈, with the capability to support 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 initiatives across project activities.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of Road Opening (RO) Permit and Traffic Diversion Plan (TDP) submissions through the QPRO online system, ensuring full compliance with Ashghal standards and regulatory requirements.
● Conduct detailed verification of pin locations, project boundaries, and utility corridors to ensure accurate and error-free submissions.
● Coordinate closely with all utility agencies, consultants, and internal teams to expedite approvals and resolve technical queries.
● Implement strategic approaches to streamline permitting workflows, reduce approval time, and support cost-effective planning for all RO/TDP-related activities.
● Prepare, review, and validate all supporting documents, drawings, and schedules required for QPRO submissions.
● Monitor permit validity, timelines, and conditions to avoid delays, penalties, or additional charges.
● Provide expert guidance to project teams on QPRO procedures, RO/TDP best practices, and regulatory updates.
● Maintain a well-structured tracking system for all submissions, revisions, and approvals to ensure full documentation integrity.

𝙌𝒖𝙖𝒍𝙞𝒇𝙞𝒄𝙖𝒕𝙞𝒐𝙣𝒔 & 𝑬𝙭𝒑𝙚𝒓𝙞𝒆𝙣𝒄𝙚:
● Extensive hands-on experience using 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐥’𝐬 𝐐𝐏𝐑𝐎 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (Version 3.0 preferred).
● Strong technical background in 𝐑𝐎/𝐓𝐃𝐏, 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬, 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 & 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
● Proven ability to accurately identify, mark, and validate 𝐩𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 within the QPRO platform.
● Demonstrated capability to identify 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 within RO/TDP planning and ex*****on.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
● Previous experience with contractors or infrastructure projects in Qatar is highly advantageous.

RTC is seeking an experienced 𝑫𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝑹𝑶/𝑻𝑫𝑷 to join our growing technical team.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Prepare and develop precise AutoCAD drawings (2D/3D) for RO/TDP systems.
- Produce shop and as-built drawings in line with project and client standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering/Drafting — or relevant field experience with proven drafting expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RO/TDP or water treatment projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or Revit is an advantage.
- Familiar with KAHRAMAA and QCS standards.
