We are looking for a exprience cleaning supervisor with 5 years experience in office cleaning and external areas in Qatar.
Salary will be discuss after the interview.

OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service for the HSE Department

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The post holder will
1. Generate and prepare documents, letters, memos and other correspondence as and when required including traceability of each document.
2. Ensure that the computerized HSE document information systems are accurate and updated regularly
3. Complete administration connected to attendance of the HSE officers
4. Take and type minutes from meetings as required
5. Prepare purchase orders and logging invoices
6. File, photocopy and complete general HSE administration as required
7. Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of HSE training sessions
8. Follow up HSE report such as observation report, near misses report, accident report to the engineers, subcontractors and safety officers.
