What do you keep on your nightstand? We believe the more cluttered your night stand is the more it affects your sleep! Try to keep it simple, keep things that will help you sleep.. here are some options:
✅ water to stay hydrated if needed
✅ a night lamp thats not too bright our moonlight is the perfect choice (it has a dimmer too)
✅ A candle to help wind down (choose natural brands) .qa
✅ a journal to write anything on your mind and clear it before going to bed
✅ a nice book to read
✅ and lots of L O V E
