Design Thinking é um processo/método/metodologia de inovação (que não é novo) ... que já faz parte das rotinas de alguns profissionais, sendo para alguns incorporado conscientemente e inconscientemente explorado por outros. A maioria das pessoas pensa que deve ser do domínio exclusivo do design... e os mais visionários conseguem identificar o potencial que este conhecimento tem nas mais diversificadas áreas. Se nas diferentes fases de desenvolvimento deste processo é necessária a colaboração de “especialistas”, das mais diversificadas áreas para redimensionar o olhar sobre um problema, porque é que estes mesmos não podem contribuir para as suas áreas de especialização através destas ferramentas?!

Inovação não se faz só uma vez, quando desenvolvemos uma ideia de serviço, marca ou negócio... É um processo continuo e evolutivo, que pode advir de um problema, como de uma solução!
É esta a visão e dimensão que trazemos para a Pós-Graduação de Design Thinking e Prototyping ... pois protótipo – isso não são maquetes... coisas de design? – e se tiver uma ideia nova para o mercado e apesar de ter tudo estruturado, tem receio do resultado... e se acrescentar a possibilidade de testar a sua ideia antes de ir para o mercado?!

Design Thinking é um processo que deve ser intrínseco à motivação que nos leva a querer mudar, a querer mais e melhor e a querer concretizar objetivos.

Pós-Graduação Design Thinking & Prototyping A Pós-Graduação em Design Thinking & Prototyping do IADE em Lisboa pretende formar “Design Thinking Leaders”, líderes que sejam centrados no consumidor.

The last months IDEAS(R)EVOLUTION research group from IADE-Laureate international universities has been step-by-step building the internationalisation of the methodology program in 3 ways:
1- We have been invited to teach/give seminar/ make keynote speeches in several different universities;
2- We have been attracting doctoral students to Our PhD program at IADE-creative university;
3- We have been asked to be tutors or mentors of Master and Doctoral students from other universities in the world from the US to Copenhagen Business School, Austria, Belgium, New Zealand, Australia.

We have also been developing new training and educational programs to support this evolving interest in our methodology and applied research projects:
1- A new DESIGN THINKING pos graduation course is approved to start soon at IADE / EUROPEIA, we will keep you posted with news when you can start applications.

2- We are about to start a cycle of conferences on Creativity, Innovation and Talent in Cascais together with ICES institute and with the support of the Cascais municipality. This 5 conferences will have important speakers, national and international and intents to discuss seriously and in depth about Design, Creativity, Innovation and Science. So.n we will give you the program but for now make a reservation on you agenda for June the 23t.

Today we share the latest article of Innokinetics.

This article focus on questioning aspirations that lead to the construction of an innovation culture within organizations. Between all the arguments it has a particular strong focus on the importance of the organizational culture.

Do you aspire to change your organization’s innovation culture? Innovation is about “MAKING”, “CREATING”, and a hands-on approach. It’s about the intrinsic freedom to experiment and having fun while doing it!

This was the third day in Karel de Grote Hogeschool. A day full of ideas, divergence and convergence.

The students lead an ideation process from the results of their observation to concrete ideas with fun and a great mood.
