Last week, I had a phone conversation with an accounting friend who is good in auditing, taxation, accounting and other financial advisory services. However, he is having a poor cash flow. All effort to attract more clients prove abortive.
Two days ago, I met another friend who is a lawyer, he is also very good at what he does but he is unknown in his industry. He is also struggling to get more customers and increase revenue.

MEET THE FACILITATORS

Adeolu Akinyemi began his career as HR Manager, Talent Supply, and Development at Procter & Gamble. He then moved to Market Strategy and Planning Manager and Customer Business Development HR Manager. While on these Jobs, Adeolu Akinyemi invented the first ever SMS recruitment portal that shrunk recruitment exercise from 8 weeks to 2 weeks and reduced costs by over 80% amongst other achievements. From P&G, he then joined Virgin Nigeria as a Human Resources (HR) Manager. He was one of the founding Staff responsible for setting up the team from scratch. He designed the Talent Supply and Talent Development Systems, and developed the On-boarding plan for new staff.

Adeolu then resigned from Virgin Nigeria to begin his journey into entrepreneurship as a consultant. In this role, he helped in training and design of different elements of the creative and innovative processes for organizations like MTN, Oando, GTBank, Crusader Pensions, PHCN, Faith-based organizations, Government Agencies, etc.

Adeolu Akinyemi is a multiple award winner corporately and in business. In 2003, he won the prestigious P&G Global Human Resources Peak Performance Award and in 2004, he bagged the prestigious P&G Global recognition award for Exceptional Innovation. In 2006, Corporate Nigeria thought it worthy to name him the Future Awards Corporate Professional of the year. Sequel to these corporate awards, Adeolu Akinyemi has gone ahead to win the Young Entrepreneur of the year award from a Federal Government Agency, Top Ten Outstanding Great Achievers Awards from the Jaycees, Global Innovation and Leadership Awards courtesy of Wealth Systems and Travel international, and so much more.

In his current role, Adeolu has helped grow a Nigerian local brand of Herbal Bitters by 33,000% in 2 years, making it available even in International markets including USA and is just getting started. Through various innovations in the MultiLevel Distribution Category, Adeolu has helped empower thousands to become entrepreneurs thereby contributing his quota to the reduction of unemployment. He has created a platform that literally democratizes wealth by helping thousands earn between N10,000 to N3,000,000 monthly, and provides scholarships to hundreds of students in Lagos state.
