This is so true!
Exercising improves your heart , blood, blood pressure, muscle tone, bone density.. however, if you don't decrease the amount of calories you are consuming, you won't be able to see the muscles you are building. The appearance which most people call " muscle tone. Yesterday, a client asked me if losing weight was really about calorie deficit.
I had to tell her that, unfortunately, yes.
I really wish it wasn't. I wish there were miracle foods, supplements, teas, and vudu 😂
But unfortunately, science still hasn't found anything that can make you lose body fat besides eating less and moving around more.
Actually, if it existed, I would probably be doing it!
