Tempo de redefinir a zona de conforto…

How can someone call themselves a therapist and not address the big wounds being opened up in the world? How dare we use native medicine from across the sea and not talk about the illness of colonisation?
How can we preach about ascension, shadow work, call ourselves lightworkers, lovers of mother nature and have no compassion, show no voice for an ongoing, almost century old, barbaric occupation?
We turn our face away from war, claiming our only job is to work on the wars inside ourselves in a shouting evidence of privilege, and an hypocritical way of following the belief that “we are one”
Smudge away those negative vibes
… loose the “victim/oppressor” mentality…
I wonder if we would stay this quiet if it was our mother, brother, daughter, nephew burning…

ECZEMA!!!

Last month I had some of the most stressful weeks of my life, it was an extremely demanding phase regarding the work/life/ mothering balance...
One day I felt an itching spot in my hand and got alarmed! It was eczema! Something that I never before have had, something that I know it's stress related, and because of that had never developed any product to treat it...

In a desperate urge to stop the itchiness that was keeping me awake I grabbed some Witch's Dream to calm me down and rubbed some in the affected area.
The itching got worse for some minutes and then it stopped.
I repeated this treatment and on the 3rd day the eczema was gone!

I guess the ointment did the magic it's intended to, and the plants worked from the skin to the bloodstream calming my nervous system, releasing me from the inside out ✨
