💬Which one feels hardest for you?
You want to do mobility before your other (sport) activities, not after.
☝🏻 Note: flexibility is largely nervous system-driven.
If the body doesn’t feel strong and safe in a position, it will create stiffness to protect itself.
Flexibility is nice to have.
Mobility is a necessity.
That’s why stretching alone will only take you so far.
And remember:
You move because you can, not because you have to
Someone out there would give anything to be able to run, jump, squat, reach overhead, or get down on the floor without pain.
Don’t take that ability for granted🤍
