It develops associative practices, encouraging the commitment and responsibility of practitioners in the organisation and supervision of their activity, and places the values of solidarity and fraternity at the heart of its action.

تم إنشاء الاتحاد الرياضي (FSGT) في عام 1934 ولأكثر من 90 عامًا ما زال هدفه هو منح كل فرد حق الوصول إلى الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية والفنية. تعتبر (FSGT) أن الممارسة البدنية والرياضية ضرورية في بناء الفرد طوال حياته وعلى جميع المستويات: الجسدية والعقلية والاجتماعية. ولهذا السبب الاتحاد يعمل على محتوى التعلم وأشكال التنظيم والقواعد لتسهيل دخول الجميع وتقدمهم في الممارسة ويطور الممارسات النقابية، ويشجع التزام ومسؤولية الممارسين في تنظيم نشاطهم والإشراف عليه.
