Language matters. When we talk about older adults, choosing respectful words helps create a more inclusive world.
🟣 Use: osoba starsza, senior/seniorka, osoba dojrzała, osoba w podeszłym wieku, osoba 60+
🔵 Avoid: osoba stara, babcia/dziadek (if not about family members), starzec/starucha
Why?
Because respectful language focuses on people first - not stereotypes.
✔️ People-first vocabulary (we underline 'osoba')
✔️ No patronizing or infantilizing tone
✔️ Inclusive & age-positive
