We excited to welcome Flemming Schmidt, Global Market Director

Rambøll Danmark A/S to the Architecture & Design Network 2021.

Drawing on my education as an engineer and experience from more than two decades in consulting and construction companies, I have held senior positions within Healthcare projects, urban planning, real estate development, including, general planner-, project-, design- and construction management.

In my present role as Global Market Director for the Ramboll spearhead “Hospitals”, I’m responsible for strategic sales including developing, expanding and maintaining customer relationships and markets.

Working across international markets, a big part of my job has been following the latest trends, developing and transferring the latest knowledge in the hospital sector across geographies, with a high focus on sustainability and the future of smart technologies in Hospitals.

During the Covid-19 pandemic I have been in charge of an international, non-profit research study, creating a field book that outlines the learnings of the pandemic in Europe and the US.
