By utilizing a custom developed IT system to monitor all legal proceedings and by getting involved as a party in selected administrative and legislative proceedings our social organization secures permanent access to the knowledge that allows us to exercise supervision of and make a tangible impact on the development of individual investment projects based on individual permits. We remain an independent institution that strives to reconcile the interests of local residents, investors and state and local authorities.
