KESS3 now supports Continental SID212 in BENCH mode.

This is a big one.

Workshops with CAR-LCV BENCH/BOOT protocols and an active subscription can now work on these ECUs directly in-house, without sending the ECU out for unlocking or extra preparation.

BMW M8 Competition (G15) — Stage 1

625 HP → 700 HP
750 Nm → 850 Nm

The S63 platform doesn’t need hype — it needs precision.

For this calibration the focus was not peak numbers, but controlled performance across the usable powerband.

Key points of the setup:

• optimized torque request and limiter structure
• refined boost targets across the mid and upper range
• smooth load and throttle transitions
• stable ignition strategy under high load

BMW 116d E87 LCI — Stage 1 Done Properly

116 HP → 150 HP
260 Nm → 320 Nm

This isn’t about turning a 116d into an M car.
It’s about unlocking what the platform already allows — safely.

The 1.6 diesel responds very well when torque management, smoke limiters and boost control are calibrated as a system.

In this setup:
• torque curve reshaped for daily drivability
• smoother boost request without oscillation
• controlled injection and rail pressure
• DPF strategy preserved

The result is a noticeably stronger car in the mid-range, more flexible on the road, and still fully OEM-friendly.
