Hello,

I am looking for a quiet 1-bedroom apartment or small apartment in Dublin or surrounding areas for myself and my cat.

I have lived in Ireland for over 20 years and I run my own home renovation business. I am a responsible, respectful and reliable tenant with a stable income and a very quiet lifestyle. I do not smoke or party, and I always take very good care of the places I live in.

The main challenge for me is my cat. He is an older, extremely calm and well-behaved indoor cat who has never damaged anything. He has been with me for many years and is truly part of my family. I once saved his life, but in truth he also helped me through a very difficult period in my life. We are inseparable, and I cannot imagine life without him.

I am simply looking for a peaceful home where I can live long-term and treat it with respect, as if it were my own.

I am currently in Poland until the end of May, but I am fully available by phone at any time.
