In today’s fast-paced world, stress can quietly become part of our daily routine. To mark World Hypertension Day, Jaffer Group organized a “Stress Management & Mental Health Awareness” session in collaboration with , led by Consultant Psychiatrist Natasha Billia.

The session encouraged employees to recognize signs of stress, manage burnout and build healthier coping habits for everyday life.
