Series vs Parallel Circuit – Which One Is Better?

Hello everyone, let’s learn the difference between a series circuit and a parallel circuit.

In a series circuit, electricity has only one path to follow. So if one bulb burns out, the whole circuit stops working.

In a parallel circuit, electricity has more than one path. That means if one bulb fails, the other bulbs keep glowing normally.

This is why homes and offices usually use parallel circuits instead of series circuits.
