We are seeking fresh/experienced Dispatch Agents to join our team.

Responsibilities:
✅ Finding and booking loads
✅ Negotiating rates with brokers
✅ Managing driver schedules
✅ Maintaining customer relationships
✅ Ensuring smooth communication between drivers and brokers

Requirements:
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Experience in truck dispatching is preferred
✔ Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Good negotiation skills

Job Timing is 8PM to 5AM.

Salary for fresh candidates will be 30k plus commision.
