• 70% comes from hands-on experience
• 20% from feedback, mentorship, and collaboration
• 10% from formal learning

Yet many engineers stay stuck in the 10%. In fields like , you don’t build competence by watching tutorials instead, you build it by designing, simulating, failing, and iterating. If you don’t get your hands dirty, you’ll never learn how to make the bread. Real expertise is forged through:

→ Trial and error

→ Continuous feedback

→ Daily application

Learn. Apply. Fail. Improve. Repeat, that’s how skills compound.
