One Step For Justice
*One Step For Justice*
The Chief Justice has written a letter to the Prime Minister that the number of judges in the Supreme Court should be increased further.
However, following suggestions from the public to the honorable chief justice as well...
1:- You all justices come at 10 o'clock - lunch between -2 & 3 o'clock and then return home at 4 o'clock. How long will this last??
2:- Come at 9 in the morning and work till 6 in the evening, like doctors, engineers, policemen, bureaucrats and people in the corporate world.
3:- Work on Saturday and Sunday also if required as several doctors n some officers also do.
4:- Since 1947, from June 1 to June 30, you enjoy the summer holidays. When the entire SC is centralized AC, why summer vacation in June??
5:- Every Justice should take only 15-20 days leave in a year.
6:- Why do you intentionally waste your time in cases like Jallikuttu, Dahihandi??
7:- Why do you waste your time listening to hundreds of useless PILs filed by some professionals??
8: - EPFO vs pensioners, why do you make 3 justice benches, then 5 justice benches in many cases?
9: - Review and then correction petitions for the traitors? Why do you open the court for them even at night, when for a poor man, you don't have time???
10:- You take crores of salary and facilities from the tax payer, but the accountability towards the public is zero.
11:- You live in AC bungalows, you travel in a luxurious cars, have elaborate security all at the expense of the public, so why don't you work hard??
12:- You all get the facilities of a cabinet minister.
There is no need to increase the age. The working days of the SC Supreme Court, which works only for 168 days in a year, should be increased to a minimum of 300 days.
When the Prime Minister can work for 365 days, then the judges should have no problem working for 300 days.
Poor patriotic people cannot tolerate anymore.
The judiciary is rotten. There is an urgent and urgent need to improve it.
*One Step for Justice*
A brief statement about the use of term *higher authorities interference* and *orders given by higher authorities* in different cases was presented by Mian Shazad Khalid ( Advocate Highcourt) And M.Safeer Ali Butt (Legal practationer L.L.B)
He stated that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has passed an order in which he stated that using the terms *interference of higher authorities* or *order given by higher authorities* in different cases will not be approved or appreciated. This seems like a minor issue but infact it is a base of majority issues in several cases which do not get solved or get manipulated by the interference of such higher authorities in Pakistan.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has also indicated that the above said terms can only by used by providing evidences and reliable references or they would be considered as false statements.
